Katete Boarding Primary School, run by the Sisters of the Holy Rosary, is a well-established learning institution that accommodates both boarding and Day Scholars. The school is committed to providing quality education and a conducive environment that enables children to grow academically, socially, morally and spiritually.
The Sisters work tirelessly throughout the year to produce food and generate additional income for the welfare of the pupils. Their farming activities provide maize, vegetables, poultry farming and other food products that contribute to the daily meals served at the school. These initiatives help the school maintain a stable food supply and reduce the impact of increasing market prices.
Through their dedication and prudent management of resources, the Sisters are able to provide balanced meals, safe accommodation and a healthy environment for learning. The children benefit from proper nutrition, adeguate rest, and a caring atmosphere that supports their overall development.
As a result , pupils at Katete Boarding Primary School continue to perform well academically. The combination of quality education, good nutrition and comfortable living conditions creates an environment where learners can thrive and reach their full potential.
